• Division for Dressage arena can be erected

• 60x20m outdoor sand arena

• 30 x 20m outdoor sand arena

• Regularly graded

• Flat work only $30/hr per horse+ $10 for external ​coach

• Jumping $35/hr per horse + $10 for external coach
