Parties are run on Saturday afternoons. Some Sundays may be available but will incur a 15%surcharge
Parties run in all weather as we have an indoor arena and plenty of undercover space.
Parking is available for up to 5 cars onsite, all others must park on the street.
Long pants and closed shoes must be worn. For option 3 heeled boots are essential.
50% deposit required at time of booking. ($400)
Final numbers and payment required 7 days before party.
At least 3 weeks notice must be given to cancel or deposit will be retained
No Alcohol or smoking permitted at parties
Indemnity forms must be completed by parents and submitted with final payment
Only Riders and parents are permitted on the premises. No extra children.
